Processing Plant
The Seka gold processing plant was commissioned in August 2017 and remains the only processing facility within our project portfolio. The plant uses Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) technology - an industry-standard method for gold recovery from ore and employs dry tailings technology, which significantly reduces environmental and safety risks compared to conventional wet tailings storage.
The plant currently operates at an annual throughput of 120,000 tons of ore, with the potential to increase capacity to 183,000 tons per year following planned upgrades and reconditioning. The final product is Doré bars - a semi-pure gold alloy which the company sells on the local market.

Mining Operations
Mining at the Seka Project is conducted through open-pit extraction. The project has progressed through multiple ore bodies, with operations now transitioning from the depleted western pit to the northern ore body group.
Mining activities have shifted to the northern ore body group, located approximately 400 meters north of the original West pit. Recent drilling campaigns confirmed the continuation of mineralization at depth and upgraded the resources to measured and indicated category (in-house estimate).
The northern group of ore bodies contains an estimated 105,000 tons of ore with an average gold grade of 4.92 g/t — representing a significant near-term production source for the Seka processing plant.

Sold Directly to the Bank of Tanzania
The final product of the Seka operation is Doré bars, which the Company sells locally and directly to the Bank of Tanzania (BOT).
A direct off-take relationship with the central bank is a strong signal of operational credibility and ensures full traceability of every gold bar leaving the mine.

Mining Fleet at Seka
Seka operations are supported by a self-sufficient mining fleet operated by PSP-Farman / Polygold crews.

CIP Processing Plant — Capacity & Upgrade Path
Seka operates a Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) processing plant with a current operational capacity of 120,000 tons per year, with a planned upgrade path to up to 170,000 t/yr.
The plant treats ore from both Seka and Ikungu, with Doré bars produced on-site and refined locally before final sale to the Bank of Tanzania.

Inside the CIP Circuit
Carbon-in-Pulp is the gold industry standard for sulphide-free ore: cyanide leaching followed by adsorption onto activated carbon, then desorption and electrowinning to produce Doré gold.
The Seka plant is fully operational, with routine maintenance scheduled around the processing campaign and ore stockpile cycles.
